She received her professional education in the Painting Department of the Latvian Art Academy (2005 – 2008) where she received a Bachelor’s degree. For her Master’s degree she studied in the Master Studio of Figural Painting (2009 – 2011). She continued to perfect her skills with the Erasmus program at  Aristotle University, Salonika, Greece (2010 -2011). In 2008 she was awarded Boriss Berziņš’ schoolarship for her drawings. She has been contributing to exhibitions since 2008. Her artworks can be found in private collections in Latvia and abroad.
