Likteņdārzs (The Garden of Destiny) charity auction art exhibition will be opened from March 11 at the gallery Daugava at 1 Ausekļa Street, Riga. On exhibition will be paintings, graphic art works, photography, ceramics, sculptures, eminent authors’ manuscripts and theater costumes.

This year marks the fifth Likteņdārzs charity auction and it will be possible to purchase 70 pieces of art with proceeds going to the Likteņdārzs project. This year’s works were especially selected to reflect the national symbols of Latvia and the Latvian Renaissance period. The exhibition will run until March 20 when the works will be auctioned off at the Daile Music House. Admission to the auction on March 20 is by invitation only starting at a 50 EUR donation.
